Digital Organization Coaching (Online)

Take Control of Your Daily Digital Workspace—Once and For All

Work alongside a small group of music teachers as Amy guides you through six essential areas—like email, files, and media—to clean up, reorganize, and create systems you can actually keep up with.

NOTE: This is an online small-group coaching program. Amy also holds an in-person version of this same program in her home in a retreat-style format during the Summer months. See more details here.

You and a small group of fellow teachers will meet with Amy for six 90-minute sessions.

Each session includes 40–80 minutes of guided instruction, followed by dedicated work time so you can immediately apply what you’ve learned. Amy and her assistant will be available during the work time to answer questions, troubleshoot, and offer hands-on support as you go.

Here’s exactly what we’ll cover

For extra clarity, please note this coaching series does NOT cover…
-Organizing physical games and resources
-Studio Facebook or Instagram business pages management or marketing
-Lesson-planning and in-lesson organization
-Website-building

They are basic things, but I didn’t know about so many of them! I learned a lot and will continue to learn as I review.
~Kim Oien

Amy is a highly organized, bright, and effective teacher. I learned so much from her Digital Organization course and would definitely take another course with her! She provides excellent value with her offerings.
~Paula Dreyer

—–
The work from these workshops required a bit of upfront effort in exchange for mountains of organized and functional systems. I’m so glad I signed up for this!
~Jill Gilbert

—–
I loved that Amy presented the information in a logical, sequential way and that we were able to implement the strategies she provided immediately!
~Sheila Butkiewicz

——
If you have spent precious hours googling and figuring out settings and wondering why this works here but not on THAT device, or what in the world a certain type of drive is- or never heard of the proper way of organizing and labeling your files- then Amy’s course is for you! It is everything you need for your studio (and personal life) explained in such a way that as she screenshares, you can literally take out your phone and follow along. I love the conciseness of this course, and because it is piano teacher-to-piano-teacher we can understand how it all works!
~Swan Kiezebrink

*All sessions will be held on MONDAYS from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm EDT.
*The order of sessions is subject to change (unlikely but possible).

This live online coaching series will take place on Zoom. After registering, you will receive a special link via email to enter the Zoom session. It is recommended you use a desktop or laptop computer to attend the Zoom sessions rather than a phone or tablet so that you can better see the screenshares.

What if I can’t attend the online Zoom sessions live? Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes! Replay videos will be available for three months. So if you have to miss some (or all) of the live workshop due to your schedule, the videos are there for you. However, to get the most from your expereince, it is recomended you clear your schedule to attend life at all possible. do recommend clearing your schedule if at all possible in order to be attend live and get the most out of your experience. You won’t regret it!

How often do you offer this online coaching series?

While there are no guarantees, at the moment, online sessions are offered twice a year – a school term session, and a Summer session (sometimes in a 3-day intensive forma). The same coaching series is also offered as part of a 3-day in-person teacher retreat in Amy’s home during the summer months (dates vary from year to year).

Do I need specific technical skills to participate?

No matter your comfort level with technology, you will feel comfortable participating. If you struggle a bit with technology, I would strongly recommend registering for the coaching package.

I don’t have a computer – I only work from a phone and tablet. Is it for me?

While those who work primarily from a laptop or desktop will benefit most, I believe the content still applicable with the majority of the sessions. Just know there is ONE session completely dedicated to computers (desktop management and internet browsers). There are no discounted options for select sessions.
